This is the second time ordering from dreams after a bad first experience where we were let down by the delivery team (missing items, asked to help carry the delivery upstairs) and a truly terrible experience with dreams customer's service over the phone, the store in Merthyr was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in the brand. Claire was exceptional in dealing with us both with our previous order that went wrong and the new order we placed the day of this visit. Kelly was also in amazing and really took the time to reassure us and talked us through in great detail the many options available to us on the day. All in all these two wonderful ladies deserve a lot of credit from management for keeping an on the verge of never returning to a repeat customer. Thank you both.

The assistant who helped us, Mark, was very knowledgeable about your products but he wasn't pushy in his approach to selling your products. We were given all the time we needed to make our decision and given a breakdown of everything so we could decide what we could afford to have. Thank you Mark for your assistance.

We felt that this was done in a very professional manner, whilst listening to our questions and answering them simply but informatively. I think we were able to then narrow down and identify exactly what we wanted - and not feel pushed into anything in any way.
