We were highly satisfied with our visit the advisor LEE we dealt with was highly knowledgeable he really took time yo understand our needs and knew his products inside out he was never pushy in the slightest he was very understanding and really accommodating on our visit would highly recommend him and the store

On entering the Merthyr Tydfil store I was aproached by a sales colleague, who pointed me in the right direction of the type of bed that I was looking for. He suggested for me to have a look around and that there were more beds upstairs. I really appreciated that he let myself and my daughter to have a look around and that he wasn't pushing us for a sale as you get in other places. It was a relaxed, but professional shopping trip. Considering we only went to have a look, we actually ended up purchasing a white wooden bed. The only down fall was that the earliest delivery slot available was mid January, I put my concerns to the colleague stating that perhaps I should buy in January sales, just in case the bed has a sale. But he reassured me that if the bed gets reduced before my delivery date, I will get the bed at sale price. So over all I was impressed and ended up purchasing the bed
