Had what we needed and helpful staff

Very satisfied by the service we received from the staff. From being offered a hot drink to being tested on the bed machine we found the whole journey brilliant and have already recommended to work colleagues.

Mark was very knowledgeable even though he had not been working there long. He showed me everything, letting me take my time and not pushing me into making a purchase, plus showing me items within my budget.

Friendly staff member Claire, didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Clean store and tidy beds.

We were allowed to explore the store with the knowledge that there was help if we needed it. When we needed some assistance Mark Williams was there to help and offer advice. We tried the mattress machine to see which was right for us and Mark then helped me make a decision. He was so helpful and made me feel at ease especially when I’m quite an indecisive person.
