I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in the store without being nagged, which I find important. The assistant offered me tea/coffee and made sure I viewed the items I was looking for. He took me to the machine that tested me for the most suitable mattress for me, showed me every option it suggested, roamed the store with me according to what I thought I wanted then helped me narrow it down.....and all without pushing me where I didn't want to go....and I still spent loads lol. I was there ages and he was sooooo patient with me, and helped me get the bed and mattress that I needed. Cant praise him enough. Well done the Merthyr store!

The assistant that dealt with me and my wife was the most helpful person and she was patient while we were making up our minds and also gave us great advice on what bed would suit us, so very happy with the service we was provided.

I accompanied my disabled daughter & her carers to the store. We had previously spoken with a staff member called Lee who met us when we arrived & assisted us with choosing the most appropriate mattress to suit my daughter's needs.

Lee was very good and listened to me in what I wanted and found me what I was looking for and he was very polite

Attentive, polite and friendly staff without doing that false, customer servicey corporate nonsense that makes folk cringe.
