Attentive, polite and friendly staff without doing that false, customer servicey corporate nonsense that makes folk cringe.

the dreams assistant (Mark) was very helpful and answered all our questions without hesitation. There was no hard sales pitch, and we were left to make up our own minds. when we decided to purchase the mattress the sale went smoothly and the delivery date of only one week was excellent.

We went into the store not 100% sure what we wanted, but Mark Williams who was helping us showed us the sleep machine to get us the perfect mattress. He then showed us to the options selected for us, and even though some were out of our price range, we explained this and Mark then showed us a slightly lower price mattress that was pretty much exactly the same as the higher priced one. His knowledge was outstanding and he was answering questions before we even asked them. We ended up purchasing the mattress as he explained everything in such detail, even down to payment plans.

From the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left every member of staff we interacted with was nothing but approachable and friendly. Amy in particular at the pentrebach branch was extremely helpful, friendly and very personal, she made is feel at ease the whole time. The knowledge and honesty from the staff was wrll received and we are happy with the service we had. Would definitely recommend this store and products.

Spoke to Lee when we went into store, explained what I was looking for and he took me straight to items ,I also asked about pillows and good advice so we purchased two . No problems the store was clean and Lee was not pushing us to buy ,gave us plenty of time to discuss the item I went into buy .
