Due to the friendliness of the store assistant and his patience with our decision over which product to purchase. Help with trying lots of different mattress types and helpful explanations of why they differed and the advantages and disadvantages of each style.

We visited Dreams on a previous occasion to chose the items we wanted, and then returned recently to place the order. On both occasions, assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable, and happy to spend as much time as necessary showing us products of interest, explaining options and availability, and generally making sure we were happy with our decisions. On our first visit we were also given the opportunity to try the mattress analyser which gave us the recommended mattress types for our sleep pattern, even though we were not yet ready to place an order. The very wide range of bases, mattresses and headboards on display meant this was really a one-stop shop, and we had no need to look elsewhere for any of the items we required.

The lady that dealt with us was very helpful she had a very good knowledge of the products

The sales assistant was very helpful and patient and recommend a mattress that was a good deal , on half price , but was just what I was looking for .

Staff were very helpful without being pushy.

Lee was friendly, nothing too much trouble. He was incredibly patient with my 86 yr old Mum who had cognitive and mobility issues. No high pressure selling-took time to ascedtain our needs and budget and help accordingly. A credit to the store

We considered the attention to detail, use of the computer bed machine to recommend the type of mattress suitable and the friendliness and helpfulness of Kelly first rate.
