Excellent customer service from Claire at the Merthyr branch. Put us through the sleep match and found the bed and mattress that suited our needs. It was difficult having a 3 year old running around with us but it did not faze Claire or the team.

The sales assistant was very courteous and kind. Didn’t rush us at all, which as senior citizens I found helpful.

Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff

We only went into the store for a look at what types of mattresses were on the market and get more information. We thought dreams were very expensive and couldn’t see the difference between a cheap bed from another store and one from Dreams. As soon as we started looking around the store and speaking to the assistant it was clear we had no clue about different types of mattresses available and what was best suited to me and my wife. We tried the sleep match machine that put us at extra firm and we never thought that would make a difference until we tried the beds beat suited to us. As soon as we tried a few we knew we wanted a good decent quality bed from the store. We found one that was spot on and had a offer, couldn’t ask for more. Staff were awesome and helped out as much as possible. Will definitely be returning to dreams next time, completely changed my mind on why a good quality bed should be priority. Can’t wait for the bed to arrive, haven’t been exited for furniture as much as this before. Will recommend to friends and family.

No pushy sales people helpful and friendly staff

The sales assistant, Lee, was extremely helpful and was knowledgeable about all the mattresses. I recommended the store and Lee to my daughter and she bought a bed the same day.

I originally went in to buy a couple of pillows, we were approached by lee ( sales assistant ) very polite ask a few question about our needs and then explained what each pillow I turn would do for our sleep, this lead to use talking about quilts And his knowledge was very impressive, after election 4 pillows and 2 quilts, lee asked if we like to try out the latest technology on how sleep, after trying it out we decided to buy a new mattress also. But with lee’s friendly and knowledgeable sales pitch made buying a lot easier, thank you Lee
