We were offered the opportunity for the sleep simulator to analyse our sleep position. The employee helped us find the mattress that fit our match while also listening to what we preferred.

The assistant (Kelly) was really friendly and helpful and even offered us a cup of tea. She advised me on the best mattress (based on the machine readings) and made everything as easy as possible for me. I would highly recommend the Merthyr store to friends and family. Great service.

Amy (Welsh Amy) was very friendly, helpful and patient with educating me on my requirements for a mattress. Another staff member was also helpful in choosing pillows. Generally a pleasant experience and I would happily recommend Dreams Merthyr to anyone because of the staff, let alone the products.

I received prompt attention from sales assistant, Lee, and was impressed by the equipment designed to analyse my sleeping position and suggestions for a suitable mattress. At no time did I feel rushed and I was given ample opportunity to evaluate the various mattresses, before making my choice.

I suffer with bad back and I would of bought the wrong mattress. After the assistant gave me the bed test he was able to give me excellent advice on the right mattress for me.
