We were given time to just browse on our own and then given excellent assistance when we asked. The salesperson (Lee) answered all our questions and if he wasn't sure he asked a colleague. We were given options and advice. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and satisfactory.

Friendly greeting when entering the store. The assistant asked what type of bed we were looking for and asked us to lie on a bed to determine pressure points and where support was needed. We were offered coffee which was very good. Once we were shown different beds the assistant was very knowledgeable about different beds and also gave us time to be sure rather than pressurise us which was very appreciated. Once we made the decision which bed we liked she explained everything regarding all of the Dreams procedures and practices together with the extended insurance and its benefits which we agreed to also take out. The service we experienced from the time we walked through the door was very positive and professional. Thank you very much and we can't wait for the bed to be delivered. Excellent.
