We were approached by Claire after we had looked around the store for a brief time. She offered us coffee and advised us with expert knowledge of the products we were looking for. After individually taking the 'bed test' she made it easy to find mattresses to suit our requirements, and from there to completing our shopping list of 4 beds. We also looked at sofa beds. She took her time with us, about 2 hours in total, and nothing was too much trouble.

Staff friendly and helpful, there was a major issue with the computer system across all stores due to bad weather yet the staff remained positive and polite at all times. We were unable to pay in store due to the weather affecting the systems however the member of staff called us back as discussed and we paid over the phone. Great service throughout.

They were so helpful soon as we step through the door no pestering until we asked for help couldn't do enough for us even made us a lovely cup of coffee while arranging our order

Claire, who sold us the mattress was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She showed us around a range of mattresses. She discussed every part of the process from the beginning when we tested which type of mattress would be most suitable for us.

The gentleman wasn’t pushy just let us decide and was very knowledgeable about the products

Claire was really helpful and approachable, we gave her our budget and what we were looking for and she provided her time and expertise to explain the differences in the mattresses and suggested we tried out the mattress measuring machine which helped in the process of choosing the right mattress. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I only wish I could have taken the mattress home with me there and then 😊

Kelly, the sales assistant was most helpful and pleasant. She took her time to help, there was no rush and no hard sale method.

Claire explained about the different mattresses and showed the ones recommended by the “bed/computer “ she was very pleasant and not pushy at all and we ended up buying a whole new bed mattress headboard pillows and mattress cover when we only came in for a mattress! Can’t wait for our purchase to arrive.
