Clare the Sales assistant was friendly, very knowledgeable about products and professional. I purchased what I wanted and didn’t feel rushed or pressurised into buying.

The store was welcoming and lee was very helpful, in and out in 20 minutes with a mattress

Mark who dealt with us in the merthyr store was a lovely guy and we really enjoyed his company whilst he dealt with our needs.my partner has a disability dew to a broken back and he knew exactly how to deal with that fact.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams , the assistant Mark was very knowledgeable and took time to ensure that I had all the information to make the right choice of bed for myself . Very helpful and not at all pushy , unlike a lot of stores ,gave me plenty of time to choose the best product for myself .. Looking forward to receiving my bed and enjoying the comfort of buying a good product .

We arrived late due to work commitments but were never rushed by Lee. He was knowledgeable and gave us three beds to choose from following discussions and three minutes on the sleep match machine. Could not have asked for better service.
