The time taken by the staff to understand what was required . The bed and mattress have not yet arrived so unable to comment on delivery and assembly

Kelvin was extremely know legible on the product information which made the ordering experience very enjoyable, he was not pushy at all which my wife and I really appreciate.

was very satisfied with my experience at dream staff very nice and helpful i found what i was looking for and happy with my purchase only this i would say is maybe turn the heating down a tad

Great service and friendly staff, Kelvin. Good knowledge of what type of mattress we needed. Easy purchase and overall really impressed. We will be using Dreams again soon for another purchase of two toddler beds and matress.

Staff member was friendly and courteous and very helpful in answering my questions. I didn't tell her my husband had died 2 weeks ago and that I was really struggling but this was not an issue due to her being so nice anyway.

Sale staff were very helpful in helping us choosing a suitable bed. Aided by computer programme. Without this advice I would have felt overwhelmed by the choices of bed etc. Very good service by the salesperson.
