We were dealt with extremely well, the assistant AMY was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. She was able to help us with all of our needs, even time consuming picking pillows that would be best for me. ( at present experiencing neck pain / sleepless nights ) She made it a pleasurable experience shopping for the suitable mattress etc which previous times have been very stressful. Would definitely recommend.

The employees understood our needs perfectly. He was very informative and had a great knlodge of all of the products available. The experience overall was exceptional and we throuroughly enjoyed the dreams diagnostics mattress which helped us choose the best mattress for us!
