Great service

We came in to store looking for a new mattress but with very little knowledge about what type would be suitable for us. We was met with Amy, who showed us the air machine which would find a selection of mattresses suitable for us and we could choose one from the list. Myself and my partner agreed on 1 very quickly, Amy understood my needs with lower back problems and showed me other products which could also help me. Amy was very patient with all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the products we enquired about. We ended up leaving the store with x2 posturepedic pillows a new mattress and a bed. We felt absolutely no pressure from Amy to make any purchases and she gave us all the time and space we required to talk things over as a couple and make a decision that suited us. Fantastic service from Amy and would highly recommend her!

Very friendly and helpful people

Very helpful sales person called Kelly, good product knowledge got us a cup of tea while we were browsing then invited us to lay on the assessment bed to determine what type of mattress was best for us. All together a pleasant experience and no hurry with our choiceKelly had good knowledge of finance options that were clearly explained and options presented in a clear understandable way. We came away feeling happy and felt our money was well spent.

We were looking for a mattress as ours was 10 years old, we we uncertain of which one so started trying out various mattresses, we were approached by sales assistant who recommended the stimulator to find out exactly what we needed and would suit our sleeping habits. That then led to detailed discussion of what was recommended for us and a chance to be left alone to try out the beds.

Kelly the sales adviser was really helpful and put us on the mattress tester to give us the best option for us. She then showed us each mattress that was suitable and gave us time to try each one out. She was very friendly and professional. What I really liked about it is that she wasn't pushy and was very patient, allowing us time to decide and not forcing us into a decision.. Kelly encouraged us to try each mattress again when we were struggling to decide which one to purchase. We eventually purchased a gel mattress and were given two lovely free pillows with it. We were given the earliest delivery slot that was available which was 6 days later and very happy with. Overall our experience was a very positive one. We purchased our previous mattress from dreams and it lasted 11 years so we know that you get good quality from them. We would definitely recommend buying from Dreams.

Very satisfied with everything - the layout of the store, the choice of beds and particularly the attention we received from Amy, the assistant. Could not fault it.

Amy (Welsh) who served us was very honest in her advice, showed us plenty of attention but also gave us time and space to make up our own minds.
