I was highly satisfied because of the very helpful, patient and friendly manner in which the worker there dealt with us.

Kelly was extremely helpful when helping me choose my ideal bed and mattress. She also recommended pillows and a quilt suited to my specific needs, made my Husband a coffee, and was professional and well mannered throughout the entire buying experience. An asset to Dreams, I will Definetly recommend.

Great choices and greater service

Soon after walking in we were greeted by Amy and we asked about memory foam mattresses. She showed as some and loved one but was out of our budget, we said we weren’t really sure what we needed but liked the idea of foam. She took us to the bedscanner where we learnt that we needed a firm so she showed us several and was patient and so helpful. (We had our 10 month old baby with us also). We finally found one we both liked and it was just within our budget an even better it was rolled in store ready to go. We even had a protector & sheet included. So far we love the new mattress and we also have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong we have extra cover in place.

We were impressed by the computerized survey of what mattress would suit us best. Then the amount of time we were encouraged to take before deciding which bed we liked the best.

I got the product at a good price and quicker delivery than I expected

I went in to dreams to see products that I had already seen online and to test mattresses out. Kelly at the Merthyr Tydfil store helped me by using the mattress tester to identify what mattress most suited me. She offered me and my family a drink while we waited and was more than happy to show us around. Her product knowledge was very good and she was happy to tell us her experiences. When it came to buying the bed frame - she was very helpful finding out the costs/deals that were available and checked multiple delivery dates for us. When one frame I liked online was not in store - she got one of her colleagues who had seen it to describe the bed and give her opinion. I was very impressed with my experience as I felt it wasn't about selling me a bed but getting the right deal and bed for me!
