We were not pounced on as soon as we came through the door so felt that we could take time to look around first. After a while Claire came over and offered some advice about trying and comparing different beds. She then left us to take our time and then helped us through the ordering process when we were ready.

Kelvin was excellent, he took a lot of time finding the right mattress for me.

The store assistant was from the Llantrisant store but spent considerable time with us, helping us choose the right mattress and even managed to help us get new pillows, which will also help with the neck and back pain I have, which is what prompted my visit. The assistant even made us a coffee. Very happy with the service, especially as the person did her best to help, although the layout was different to her usual store.

Apart from the prices which I would obvisously like to be much lower and were a shock to the system everything else was good. The assisstance Amy offered help when required but also left us to browse at our own leisure - she was excellent.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and no sales pressure during the visit.

We felt that we were given sufficient information and assistance by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. We were able, in our own time, to try out various beds. In no way did we feel rushed or pressurised to buy a certain product. We left the store feeling confident that we had had made a good considered purchase.

I found the sales assistant very helpful and friendly, didn't feel pressured to buy.

The staff at your merthyr store were very helpful friendly they understood exactly what i was looking for nothing was to much trouble for them to explain any thing to me well done
