The service was so quick but at no point did I feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase. I was offered refreshments, given plenty of help and choice with colours to match the scheme of my room. The knowledge of Claire who helped me was impressive, helped me to find the best deal in my price range. Over all very happy with the service and final product, I look forward to having a good night's sleep!

we were approached promptly on entering the store, was informed appropriately,and left to wander at free will and when buying what we wanted, was informed on insurance etc:but wasn't badgered into purchase x
