We weren’t sure what to go for, and your colleague made it all so simple to understand what we needed. Friendly and patient

The staff made themselves available without being pushy. They were very friendly. We were assisted by Claire who was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We felt that she cared about our requirements rather than trying to just make a sale. We were offered tea and coffee and there was no pressure to buy but plenty of information. We have not used Dreams before but after elements of service were explained, such as the ability to swap mattresses within 30 days, we were impressed with everything Dreams offers. We bought a mattress and had not really intended to buy pillows, but after trying the Hyde and Sleep pillows on the shop mattresses we had to have a pair. Customer service means more to us than price, and this store does it very well.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO SEE US WHEN WE WERE IN THE STORE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND NEW HIS JOB. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE DEALT WITH US PROMTLY AND NEW WHAT WE WANTED. VERY GOOD

Staff were very helpful and friendly and had good knowledge of all the products. Claire we spoke to helped us by showing us a variety of products and explained the difference in products to us. We had our 3 year old son on the visit with us who she helped keep entertained aswell when he was starting to get bored . Excellent service

The assistant asked what I would like ,she took me too the product and showed me how the mattress worked as I purchased a hyragel I had the opportunity to try it out with my choice if pillow (nice touch) we then chose the frame we selected the otterman and were shown how to use it the Kelly was very helpful our bed will be delivered in march as it is specially made .

David introduced himself, explained the different types of mattresses and left us to wander and look at the beds. When we had chosen a bed (and mattress) he gave us excellent help, a choice of delivery dates and asked if we needed any other assistance or if we needed accessories (pillows). The transaction was completed without any problems and quickly.
