The assistant Kelly was very helpful and highly knowledgeable.

I found the colleagues had a lot of time and patience. We were eager to buy but Kelvin recommended we lay on the bed another couple of times before purchasing which I thought was great customer service

Customer service was excellent and not pushy at all. Information was forthcoming when asked and the experience was very good.

Kelly was fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful and showed me the beds that would suit me best and my budget. Made me a cup of tea, gave me the same type of pillow i use st home so I could get a real feel of the mattress. It’s one of the hardest decisions in the world trying to work out what’s the best one for you. But with Kelly’s help it was easy to decide. I was really happy to be able to take the mattress home the same day and now have had the best night sleep in a long time. Thank you dreams

Very friendly staff, Claire, she looked us up and found our last purchase and was able to offer a mattress which was similar. Great service.

The assistant instore was very helpful and had very good subject knowledge. she offered us tea and coffee and gave us pillows to take around the store with us to try out the best mattress. She allowed us time to consider our options and was able to advise us on our purchase.

We Appreciated the opportunity to browse before assistance was offered by kelvin and Clair, not pressured in any way to buy but excellent suggestions given at every step. They were friendly without become over familiar. Showed interest in what we require and gave detailed information to remove any doubts we had about certain aspects of the bed, also helped us to see the benefit of one purchase over the other. So we felt when we made our final decision it was exactly what we wanted.

Staff were very friendly and helpfull, even though the mattress we wanted was out of stock we were able to purchase the more expensive and better option and was met half way of the difference.
