We was see by Kelly in the merthyr tydfil, pentrebach retail park store, she offered us tea or coffee on arrival, every question we asked she was happy to answer and was a massive help to me and any boyfriend when picking your new bed mattress and pillow.

Because the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products. They were helpful & friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate us without being too pushy about selling & allowing us time to consider our options.Excellent staff at this Merthyr store.

A good retail experience overall. The assistant Claire explained the colour codes on displays which saved me a lot of time, then allowed me to browse. When I told Claire my shortlist, she made some very useful suggestions to help me narrow my search, then left me to make my choice of divan and mattress. She was also very helpful when I was choosing a headboard. All done with friendliness, efficiency,very good product knowledge and no pressure sales. Payment, delivery dates etc all explained clearly so no misunderstanding. I did want to buy a 13.5tog duvet, but highest tog rate was 10.5...... So no sale. I would recommend this store for all the above reasons.

The range of products available at Dreams is fantastic. We visited for the first time a few months ago and the member of staff that day was incredibly helpful and informative, without being at all pushy. On this visit, the member of staff was also well informed and we got straight to the point as she could tell I'd made my mind up about the product I wanted very quickly. She was kind and chatty and made an effort to talk about why I was buying etc. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to buy the product and at the availability of delivery options compared to online.
