We had a lady called Kelly helping us in Merthyr Tydfil store if she had not showed us the matress that was in our price range we wouldn't of found it, we are really happy with the purchase and will be back to the same store to buy the bed we have seen too for our new house. Great customer service, and took out extra insurance on the matress too.

The service from Kelly at the Merthyr branches was excellent. Very knowledgable, always on hand to assist and did not come across pushy at all.

We found there was a very good selection of beds to choose from. The sales assistant Kelly explained all about the different mattresses and beds available in a way we understood as we were interested in an ottoman style bed. She showed us examples and how they worked. Kelly was not pushy and offered us refreshments several times. Very pleased to service overall and looking forward to receiving our new bed.
