I am highly satisfied as Kelvin was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about every single product the store had. I actually went to buy another product, however with the assistance my family and I received from Kelvin we were able to chose another product which was ever better quality wise.I am truly impressed with Dreams and more in particular your staff Kelvin. I have used Dreams several times before and form this experience I will surely continue to use dreams in the future.

We received assistants soon as we walked through the door, we were given time to take a look at the beds we thought would suit our needs, we then asked for more details about the beds of our choice, on the information we given, we decided to purchase the bed that would suit us. We took advantage of the offers that were on on bed linen at that time. The formality of ordering our purchase took a little time but realised it was a process we had to endure, hopefully our purchase will be with us in four weeks time. We were quite happy leaving the store.

I was greeted when I entered the store but not pounced upon. I was asked a little later if I needed any help which was within just the right amount of time. Kelly asked a few questions to understand my needs and preferences and explained the colour coordinated display of mattress types. She was extremely patient & I didn’t feel at all rushed or pressured into a sale.

We were greeted in a friendly manner but not pushy which is a nice change. The assistant asked us what type of product we wanted & took us to where we could view a number of choices.
