Clean store. Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Good selection available to try. Good parking. Nice coffee. No pressure of forceful sales reps. We were made to feel comfortable and valued.

The staff at the Merthyr store were very helpful and very polite.

Sales team where attentive but not over friendly or pushy. We had already made our decision on the product and we were given a demonstration but not harried into making a decision to buy. We were not bombarded with special offers and additional products.

Upon entering the store we were greeted quite pleasantly by a member of staff with goodafternoon both, can I be of any help. The assistant was a fountain of knowledge after explaining what we wanted to purchase. Her name was Amy, she was so helpful explaining all the different types of mattresses & which base would be the most sturdy one to buy. She stayed with us throughout our entire visit which was excellent as my partner is blind and needed as much information as possible. We then choose a bed ( mattress’s&base) and completed the sale with Amy. The bed is due to be delivered 23 January. I hope the delivery guy will be as helpful. Thanks dream beds , you will be highly recommended.

Kelly helped myself and my partner to the specific items we wanted to see. She showed us the complete choice and demonstrated the products practicalities. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered us a cup of tea. The staff explained the time limits on sales items but were not overbearing just to get a sale. We shopped around and when we came back to have a second look, again we were offered a refreshment and smiling faces. There was no pressure to buy. When we decided to purchase the item Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful explaining about insurance which made complete sense. In another store we were treated quite badly, not Dreams, but this store and staff were fabulous.

The staff were attentive and gave us advice when selecting the mattress we needed. Offered us a beverage then left us to look around . Were available when we wanted to ask questions and the answers have hopefully allowed us to select the best mattress for our needs.

The member of staff who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about the range of products available to best suit my daughters requirements. This made our purchase much more efficient than in the past. The decision was made and the mattress was paid for within 20 minutes.

I got exactly what I wanted and for a very reasonable price. Love the ex-display sales!
