The assistant was most helpful. There wasn't a question that we asked that she couldn't answer immediately. The beds were laid out very nice and easy to get on. The assistant gave us as much time as we wanted to use the beds in store- she also gave us a pillow. She did not pressure us into a sale and gave us as much information as we wanted.

Its was late on Sunday afternoon, but the lovely lady who helped me was attentive and well informed. We tried a number of options, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. After borrowing a measuring tape from her to check the dimensions of my van's back door, I found a suitable mattress and the sale was completed quickly. The 2 ladies in the store then helped me load the very heavy mattress into my van, which is more than I expected. I am very grateful for their help and advice, and am enjoying my great value new mattress.

They were very friendly and helpful they offered us a cup of tea while doing the paperwork,we explained what we wanted in a mattress the colleague was very good explaining about the type of mattress needed. We are very happy with the purchase we made,with the help of the colleague. We are very happy with how quick it's being delivered just over a week.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful. Was allowed plenty of time to try out several mattresses before we narrowed our choice and then the assistants were able to make recommendations based on our choice which gave us enough info to make our final choice. they were also able to demonstrate the ottoman that we eventually chose and advised on suitable headboards to compliment our choice. All in all a very satisfying experience!

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and gave good advice. At this moment in time the bed has not been delivered so I can't comment on the comfort.

The sales lady was very helpful and polite. She explained everything we needed to know about mattresses she was not forceful in what we should buy ,which we liked. She also offered us other items that were on offer which we did purchase.

Salesperson made herself available as soon as she had finished with her previous customer at which point I was just over halfway round the store looking for a product I had seen in your Online shop. Having then been shown the product I was looking for, I was happy with the replies I received to my numerous questions regarding other products.

Me and partner are not the easiest of customers,i can be very fickle,but your sales team gave me good advice and then left me to decide without pressure. Which was very appreciative. The sales assistant really nee his stuff,very impressed with his sales technic.
