Kelvin the store assistant greeted us in a friendly courteous manner and was very helpful in showing us the range of products we were interested in, though the store was busy Kelvin gave us his time explaining the benefits of each item we wanted to look at, he had a great knowledge of the products on display. We were very grateful for the cup of coffee he offered us while we deliberated on our purchase. Kelvin made this a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this store, we look forward to shopping here once more in the very near future.

We were guided to the area we requested, we were not hounded by the assistant which is exactly what I wanted, when I did need to ask for information the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
