Nothing was to much trouble for the salesman he gave us excellent advice and also gave us space when needed although we called in late on a Saturday didn’t make us feel rushed good customer service

I purchased a bed for my son who as special needs, the manager Claire at your Merthyr Tydfil branch was so understanding, sympathetic and nothing was to much trouble for her. I would highly recommend the store which I have done in the past.

The sales assistant answered all our questions with understanding and knowledge of the products we were looking for...we were offered a hot drink too, little things go a long way in our book.
