The women, Claire, who dealt with us was very friendly and assisted us with any queries that we had.

Very helpful, knowledgeable assistant. Layout of the store was very friendly.

We knew we wanted a firm mattress but we're unsure of the best option and the differences between products. Everything was clearly explained when we explained what we required and were left to make our own decision with no hard sale.

We were greeted and offered a drink while we were looking around the Merthyr branch. Sion was great, I explained what the issue were and what I needed, as I wasn't purchasing for myself and he was very helpful ... Without being pushy! When we needed him he explained the difference between items we were looking at, then after deciding what we wanted why the bed frame that we wanted was going to be the issue in the long delivery time frame. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Gave us plenty of time to have a chat amongst ourselves, then even spoke to someone in the phone to explain something. I'd certainly recommend anyone going to dreams in Merthyr to go and see Sion

There was no pressure by staff to purchase a particular product. Said what we wanted and had the whole showroom at our disposal to try out beds etc. The salesperson, Sion, was exceptional in his advice but I stress he was not 'pushy' and we were allowed to look for exactly for what we wanted in privacy which is important

Amy the staff member who looked after us was excellent.

I wanted something quite specific and had good guidance.

There were so many mattresses to choose from and Amy found us suitable ones to meet our needs. We spent a long time trying different ones but she was always there if we had any questions. She even made me a coffee ☕️

We were approached by Kelly who was very friendly and efficient, she knew her product and asked us to try the product my laying on the bed and having “the experience”.

A very good selection of mattresses and beds. An extremely helpful salesperson, in fact the staff could not have been more helpful. All the staff were polite and friendly.
