The salesman who served us was polite, friendly and knowledgeable which made the experience enjoyable.

I went to Merthyr Tydfil store having spoken to Amy regarding purchasing a double bed and mattress. She was so helpful, went out of her way to satisfy me. I needed a bed in a hurry as my husband was coming from from hospital. I couldn’t have asked for more. Exceotional

We were helped by LEE from the start to finish - we wanted 2 mattresses plus frame etc and he sorted it all out in his friendly efficient manner - so much choice but he narrowed it down and we purchased exactly what we were looking for

Overall it was Claire’s reason as to why we were so highly satisfied! She went above and beyond and is a great asset to dreams.

Mark was fantastic! As soon as we went into store he recommended we try the sleep machine to work out what mattress would suit us best. He then mentioned there was a mattress on sale. We ended up buying a new bed and mattress because of the deal we could get. Mark threw in some pillows etc. He was super helpful and not pushy! Can’t wait to get out new bed and mattress next month!

Fabulous customer service from Dee who served us her product knowledge excellent and she listened to what we wanted and showed us what she thought would suit us

We had amazing customer service from the moment we entered the store. We were shown to a cleansing station and the store lotus and covid restrictions explained very clearly to us. The salesman asked us what we were looking for and very quickly took us to the scanning system for a new mattress. Following the scan we were then shown several different mattresses in differing price ranges. Unfortunately for my pocket, once we had tried the most expensive there was no going back. Thrilled with our purchase, super easy checkout with several credit options explained to us, and really fast delivery date (within one week). Also supplied with recycling bag for the old mattress to be taken away on delivery of the new mattress. 5-star service from beginning to end.
