Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

My mother recommended that I visit Dreams as she always buys her beds from your stores. I chose two beds the same as my mums as they are such good value and very comfortable. The assistant who helped us was brilliant really friendly and welcoming and went through everything with us also explaining special offers such as the duvets, mattress protectors and pillows. The store was very tidy and the beds identified as being soft, medium or firm which is very helpful. My 24 year old son is severely autistic and he was made as welcome as were which was so very nice. I will definitely be returning when I need further purchases and will highly recommend Dreams.

I knew I needed a new bed but had nothing particular in mind so I knew I would need assistance. I gave the store assistant brief details of my requirements. She was helpful and friendly from the start, immediately putting me at ease. She kindly offered me a cup of tea or coffee. She then took me through the range of beds + bases, very knowledgeable of people’s needs. The assistant made the whole process easy, my only issue was making my final decision on which mattress to choose, however, having given me full details on both mattresses and having plenty of time testing out both mattresses, clearly the final decision had to be mine.

My husband is disabled and we needed the best rise and recline bed we could afford. We were given all the available information and choices very quickly and we were very satisfied

Staff really helpful and friendly. Provided good advice and allowed us to choose in our own time, didn't feel pressured at all, totally put at ease.

Went in there to buy a mattress toppper thinking thats what we needed. After the advice from amy we purchased a new tempur mattress.😀 we originally bought the bed from the merthyr store some years ago and felt that the service given then was enough for us to comeback to the store this time.

We visited a few times to the store as we have never purchased a mattress before and we were very unsure what we were looking for as it is such a large purchase. Staff explained everything well and thoroughly, listened and did not rush our decision. They were down to earth and realistic with our budget and expectations, really made it a very easy and stress free purchase for our first mattresses!
