Amy our assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and showed an excellent understanding of our needs. We were offered a tea or coffee which we declined but I did however request a glass of water which Amy provided without question. She processed prices and a number of payment options for my husband and I to consider. We were given time alone to discuss our options and did not feel pressurised to make a purchase. We are so happy with the purchase we made today and are really looking forward to the delivery date. The offer of a 100 days trial with the mattress really gave us confidence in the fact that should the mattress not be suitable to our needs we have the option of exchanging it for a different option. Buying a mattress and making sure you select the appropriate one is crucial, especially as in my experience of having had 3 surgeries on my spine it is essential to make the correct choice. Our experience today was excellent.

Very friendly and had great knowledge of products

I arrived at the store not really knowing what kind of bed and mattress I wanted. I just knew that I didn’t want a spring mattress because of the problems I had with my old one. When I got to the store I was even more confused due to the variety of beds and my 4 year old twins were running rampant. Your colleague arranged for my children to draw some pictures and then explained to both me and my wife the difference between the mattresses and beds and his dedication was the driving force that helped us make up our minds up and chose the ones we did. So please give your colleague my thanks

My wife and I were planning on buying a bed, a job that i was dreading as my wife usually takes weeks to make a decision and we desperately needed a new bed for our recently refurbished bedroom. We didn't really had a budget in mind but had heard of Tempur mattresses which we knew were expensive. We arrived at the Dreams store in Merthyr Tydfil with absolutely no intention of buying that day, but just to look around and check prices etc. We were greeted by Amy who was so helpful, she explained the different types of mattresses available, she was engaging, there was no pressure selling and was a pleasure to deal with. Had it not been for her intervention we would have walked out the store minus a new bed, mattress and pillows!. Staff like this are Key to business success, she was genuine, courteous and professional. Amy was fantastic

Good product knowledge to share with us and spent lots of time making sure our choice was right. Didn't feel rushed into a decision the staff were very patient.
