Very good customer service - member of staff took time to find out what was most important to us, so she could direct us to the best products.

We had a very polite and helpful assistant named Claire. She helped us with my disabled daughter and showed us the lift to get between floors . The care and attention Claire showed towards us was so nice. Not at all pushy and demanding . Claire offered us refreshments if we wanted and explained the colour coding of the beds which was really helpful . The shop was so easy to get my daughter's wheelchair around not cluttered and we had entry of room to move freely with ease. When we needed assistance Claire was only to pleased to offer her self. We made our purchase and we picked a day for delivery that suited us. The trip to Dreams was a present day and we will be only to happy to recommend them to family and friends . Thank you Claire for all your help.
