Kelly the sales person who served us was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions regarding your products which made it very easy for us to choose the right bed to buy. We were very pleased with how she dealt with us and would be more than happy to recommend your store to our friends and family.

I was dealt with efficiently, promptly and in a friendly manner. The store was clean and well laid out. My purchase was dealt with in a stress free way and I was made aware of the special offers connected with my purchase. I am very pleased with the pillows I bought and the price I paid because of the offer.

Claire was an exemplary employee, customer satisfaction was her goal and she succeeded.

Salesperson CLAIRE (Val code 148) at Merthyr branch. Extremely patient friendly and understanding. Showed all TEMPUR mattresses so we could make an informed choice. (Though we had a very clear idea of what we were looking for) Always used and shown with Tempur Pillows (although we already have & use them). She explained qualities of your unique 'Cooltouch' Tempur fabric. Difficult factor in deciding to buy was the extremely high price. We could have bought £300.00 cheaper elsewhere - but not with 'Cooltouch'. After many visits we finally decided on the Contour Elite 'Cooltouch' model as an INVESTMENT purchase. Am hoping we will not have to use your 'comfort exchange' as we don't wish to spend more. Already have a Dreams Bed.

We, my wife and I went to the Pentrebach branch and we were initially greeted and everything was explained and if we needed any assistance to call, then we were left alone to view everything which was great, when we needed assistance it was very prompt in coming.

We were approached and offered help quickly. We tried lots of different mattresses and had them all explained to us. It was an easy transaction once we made our unhurried choice. Cannot wait to actually get the mattress now!

The store had everything I wanted , the staff were very helpful , friendly and attentive . The prices and quality of stock were brilliant .
