Claire was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was not overly pressuring, instead we felt supported. There was a wide range of products available.

Assistant Sean Richards gave us plenty of “space” and time to browse (lie down!) but intervened whenever he felt advice was useful. Highly knowledgable of product and extremely helpful without being pushed. He even made a fantastic cup of tea!!

I was really satisfied with the time spent with the sales assistant and how there was no pressure selling because if there had been i would have gone somewhere else.

On arrival we were created by Claire who was very helpful. She told us to take out time trying out the different beds and even gave us different pillows to use. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

We had visited other stores selling beds so we knew basically what we were looking for. Kelly served us when we explained what we were looking for she was very helpful and knowledgeable . No pressure selling but we liked the bed and she made it easy to make the purchase.

I was very satisfied with assistant knowledge was very helpful. Give me a pillow so it was much better to choose a bed. Also understood what I needed .

We needed assistance with purchasing a Cool mattress and bedding. Although the salesman offered his assistance he was not “on top of us”. We needed his help and he showed us several suitable mattresses. He advised us of the best choice for our needs and told us about the bedding, which we also purchased. He was very friendly. He got us both a drink and my granddaughter some squash. I have purchased from Dreams before and would do so again.
