the staff were really helpful from the start nothing was to much trouble to them and they guided us through the whole process nice to meet people who were happy and enthusiastic to help us select the correct mattress for our needs

I visited your Merthyr store to try a bed that I fancied online. I was served by a lady called Claire who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to me and understood my needs as a customer. I ended up spending a bit more than what I wanted but the bed I finally decided on, with base and headboard is lovely. Can’t wait for it to be delivered. Very pleased and will return in the future 😊

As my wife and I entered the store we were approached by Kelly who asked what we were looking for, rather than wasting time she took us straight to the mattress and had a good knowledge of the mattresses.
