Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

I could not fault the service Kelvin gave us. He initially gave us space to look around the store and then when needed provided all the help we needed. My only criticism was that none of my local stores had the bedroom furniture we were interested in on display and I had to drive 50 miles to visit the store in Merthyr Tydfil to actually see the bedroom furniture in person.

Having spent the previous day search the internet for a bed it was great to actually be able to see first hand the types of beds available and to be able to try several beds before opting for my choice. The assistant provided the neccessary information l required before making my decision.

This is the first 'proprer' matress I had bought. I had an idea what I wanted and didn't want to spend ages in the store trying all the matresses out, I told the member of staff and she found it straight away. I ordered it and was out of the store in 15 mins. Great job!

The wife and I looked through the store and it was nice not to be hassled by pushy sales people, a salesman asked if we required any assistance when we entered the store I replied that I would call him if and when I required help then we were left to browse the store in peace. when we made our choice of the goods we required I must say that the said salesman couldn't have been more helpful he was certainly very knowlegable and a very nice guy.

The service from start to finish was excellent and the people serving us made the process of buying a new bed an enjoyable one. We will be shopping a Dreams in the future and will be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent service. We were shown high respect from the Dreams chap - Sean. For me, that makes the difference. Great cups of tea offered and delivered. Very pleased with it all really. Looking forward to having the products delivered. I would recommend Dreams to anybody.

The gentleman- Sion- was extremely helpful and made some good recommendations. He showed us plenty of items from which to choose and explained the benefits of each.

Buying a new bed is not something you do everyday. When we realised just how much choice there was, it was quite overwhelming! We were soon put at ease by the staff in the store. Everything was explained and we soon felt at ease and comfortable that we were making the best choices for us....and with a cup of coffee too! We were not rushed and felt very at ease trying all the options out. Thank you very much, we are looking forward to having our new bed very soon.

Sion at the Merthyr Tydfil store was welcoming and obviously had a solid knowledge about the products in store but importantly, he gave us space to talk and decide upon the purchase. We did not feel pressurized into making a purchase which actually made us feel more comfortable while browsing. Sion regularly gave advice or answered our questions clearly and succinctly. Once we had decided upon a product, the process of completing the sale was smooth and completed quickly.
