I have bought items before from this store that is my I returned I am very satisfied with everything and would recommend to anyone

The range of beds and mattresses available were fully explained to us and we were advised to try each one to see which was most suitable for our needs. The sales person was not pushy or invasive in any way.

Kelly was very helpful and approachable. She was very friendly and even offered us tea and coffee.

I felt at ease when first entering the merthyr tydfil store, as i was not put under pressure by any sales assistants. I was approached only to be given information and then left to browse at my leisure. I was also offered a drink, which i have never expirienced in other furniture stores. Very helpful friendy staff

The help, advice and information I received was excellent and all the staff were very pleasant and polite but I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge of the products which I tried before making my decision on my purchase.

The store assistants couldn't do enough for us, they were very friendly but didn't pester us or pressure us into anything we didn't want, they were very helpful when we needed them to be and just left us alone until we needed their help.

I’m disabled and needed a low bed. The staff bent over backwards moving different mattresses into different frames for me to try. Being patient and understanding while I struggled out of my wheelchair into the bed and off again. Making suggestions to help and generally being fantastic.

Good range of products and prices, excellent knowledge from Kelly staff member, time to listen to me and consider options
