Staff very polite and helpful.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful explained everything very well dealt with me quick and efficiently and toke my needs into account whilst dealing with myself . Very pleased indeed

Was highly satisfied with this store ( Merthyr Tydfil ) staff was very helpful, polite did,nt pressure me let me take time to think sit & choose. Even offered me a coffee! Bought a matress with ease. Carried it to the car for me Aswell! Thank you.

Very informative and helpful

Staff were very patient when my granddaughter couldn't decide on what she wanted, the assistant advised her on the best type of mattress for her back problem.

We made two visits and each time we were welcomed as we walked in. My husband uses a wheelchair and each time we were taken to the lift and had instruction on how to use it. Several times we were asked if they could be of assistance. They were not pushy but very helpful. And made a lovely cup of tea which was very welcomed and unexpected!

Friendly and helpful staff

Claire, the Dreams Colleague, approached me to ask me if I needed advice or help, and I asked her two simple questions that she answered so fully that I walked out an hour later having spent £3,388.00 on two beds. She was a mine of information, and understood some current problems I am experiencing with mobility, and was very careful to accommodate what she was doing to my temporary disability.

Really satisfied as staff was very helpful. Explained all the types of mattresses to find the best for myself.
