Store assistant Kelly was welcoming and immediately available to assist. She asked what I was looking for and made suitable suggestions whiich enabled me to make a quick choice of purchase.

Were given a chance to look at beds before being approached by assistant. He was very knowlegable and explained things clearly, he didn't rush us in any way. Left us to browse and came back and forth. He made a number of recommendations that helped us make our decision.

The assistant was very helpful and very attentive without being pushy. Even when i was completing the sale and speaking to the other staff they also offered valuable advise. The service received was second to none.
