Walked into store got greeted by Simon who explained the colour charts on the firmness of the beds whites laying on the beds Simon give us a temper pillow which we also purchased We were offered tea or coffee and Simon answered all the questions that we needed to know we had a delivery date of first of March then had a phone call the next day from Simon saying it could be delivered on the 19th of February thank you Simon From Stewart

I had a brilliant experience within the Merthyr store I was served by kelly who was knowledgeable and friendly in her approach. Kelly did not pressure me into purchasing anything I didn’t want but gave good advice on options that I may wanted to consider such as purchasing a duvet to fit my new bed etc.

Sean at the store was very helpful. He detailed what was available in the store. We said we were looking for a mattress and he explained the various ratings and types of mattress. He also explained that it was fine to try out each mattress and provided a pillow for that.

I was happy with the service n knowledge kelly showed on our visit. Tea n coffee was offered while we sat on the beds to find the right one. Quick delivery slot aswell. Thank you.

I had quite specific needs while shopping for a new mattress, due to suffering from chronic pain, but found the staff to be incredibly friendly and most helpful. The assistants product knowledge and enthusiasm was impressive, and she listened carefully to my needs in order to try and find the best product for my body and for my budget. She also made me feel that nothing was too much trouble, that I could take plenty of time to try the different products, and was happy to answer all of my question. All terms, additions and costs were explained clearly during the order process and a quick delivery time arranged.

The whole shopping experience was modern quick knowledgeable and extremely personable. Well done

We visited the store twice and were served by Kelvin on both occasions. The first visit was to briefly look at the products available for my 90 year old mother in law and the second one to take her along to try out the bed. Kelvin was extremely helpful on both visits, particularly his understanding of the product (electric bed) and also his knowledge. We were also very pleasantly surprised when he told us that my mother in law is entitled to claim the VAT back as she is a Blue Badge holder. This made the product just about affordable. Neither myself or my husband were aware of this scheme. Kelvin paid us just the right amount of attention - not crowding us but being readily available to answer all of our questions. He was particularly kind to my mother in law, ensuring that she was given a pillow (she suffers from vertigo) and being very patient with her. He made what could have been a difficult visit very easy.
