Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

Customer service was excellent whilst visiting a few days before. on day of purchase there was Excellent knowledge of products and explained very clearly. We weren't pushed into purchasing. Staff were very friendly and even offered tea, coffee and squash for the little one. Overall we are very satisfied.

Outstanding service could not fault the salesman he was full of knowledge, he showed us all the different types of mattresses and was very professional he took time to just talk to us didn't feel like he was just looking for a sale, he even made us a cup of tea would definitely be recommending dreams at Merthyr

Both my wife and myself felt that Claire was totally understanding about our needs and was very professional in her attitude towards gaining a sale. We would have no qualms about returning to purchase any item in the future, and would highly recommend Dreams Merthyr ( Claire ) as the sales person to speak to. It was nice to know that somebody takes an interest in the product they sell.

Kelvan and Claire at Dreams in Merthyr Tydfil could not have been more helpful! Both very knowledgeable about the products and answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently. The offers of cups of tea helped us feel welcome and in safe hands as this was the first time we purchased an item from Dreams. We would highly recommend friends and family to visit the store as our experience was a brilliant one. Hats off to Kelvan and Claire and we hope to deal with them again soon.

Your staff member Claire was great not pushy,we told her what our needs and requirements were and she came up trumps on all our needs , helped the wife with the colours and head board chooses it was a pleasure to shop and get the product that we are happy with . Kind Regards Mr Lloyd

Information was explained in clear and concise manner. Employee explained price breakdown and the differences between products before allowing me to look a products without being accompanied. Time to complete order was quick and all terms and conditions were explained before payment made. Employee was friendly and polite. Store was laid out so that access to the products was available to all. The store was clean and tidy in appearance.

There was nothing to comlain about. We where met by Sion, who explained thoroughly the products, quality & delivery times and the support upon delivery. My wife and I were very impressed.
