Assisstant Claire at Merthyr Tydfil Store was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of products. She was not pushy at all and gave us time and the help we needed ti select the matress we wanted. Excellent customer service.

The lady that served me, Kelly was informative and helpful without being pushy. She had plenty of patients and showed me a number of mattresses until I was happy.

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales assistant Sion was very helpful and explained that there were 2 types of base to the bed I was purchasing which I was not aware of. I ended up purchasing the more expensive base based on his knowledge and advice sion was very knowledgeable about the types of mattresses Dreams had but in the end I decided against the mattress purely because of Pride.

The sales assistants were very helpful, polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable and were clear and concise in providing us with information regarding the products purchased and the terms and conditions of the sale. Also we received great discounts on the products purchased saving us over £200.

Assistant was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what we were looking for and even ordered the bed frame I liked on-line in store also. Assistant wasn't pushy and left us to wander around the store before making our final purchases. Couldn't fault the service. My children were even offered a colouring pad and crayons to keep them occupied whilst the sale went through, a nice touch and stress free!

The assistant named Kelly was friendly and very knowledgable. She assisted me by showing me different products which enabled me to make my decision. She provided my partner with a cup of coffee which kept him happy enabling me to spend time looking at different products. Fantastic employee, nothing was too much trouble.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff really impressed me.
