My husband and I have bought a bed from the Dream store in the past and this bed has lasted use for about 10yrs - 12yrs with no problems apart from age, I would have no problem in recommending your store to all my family and friends.

We were approached by Kelvin shortly after entering the store and he asked if we needed any help or advice. We explained to Kelvin what we wanted and was shown all the combinations of what we were considering, when we made our minds up we placed the order.

The store was very well presented and clean. The staff were helpful with advise on the different mattresses then stepped back to allow us to try the beds On our own but were within easy reach if we needed help. Did not feel pressured as can be felt in other retail stores.

I WAS ABLE TO TRY THE PRODUCTS IN PERSON UNLIKE BUYING OVER THE INTERNET. THE MAN SERVING ME TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE INTHE BED RANGE I WAS LOOKING AT WHICH ENABLE ME TO MAKE AN INFORMED DESICION. HE ALSO EXPLAIN ABOUT BEING ABLE TO RETURN THE MATTRESS IN I FIND IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE WHICH PUT MY MIND AT REST AS IT IS A BIG PURCHASE TO MAKE. I BROUGHT THE MATTRESS PROTECTORS BEFORE IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THEY ARE REQUIRED SO THIS WAS NOT AN EXTRA EXPENSE FOR ME. I WAS EXTREMELY SATIFIED WITH THE 8 YEAR GARENTEE AND I LEFT THE STORE FULLY INFORMED AND VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.
