Good friendly service walked start in knew what I wanted was seen to straight away I was in and out in 30mins a very happy customer

Customer care was awesome, and price differential between mattresses and the difference between them was explained into detail. Also the tv bed frame and how it works was explained with a demonstration on the tv bed frame they had in stock.

Excellent customer care

Very spacious bright store with plenty of accessing around for wheelchair users. Friendly staff who offered refreshments and were ever so helpful with information about products and ready to answer any questions needed. I was happy with my purchase and delivery time frame and would recommend to others.

Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences between items we looked at. We felt no pressure from him at all and were allowed to look around at our own pace. Ordering was easy and delivery date surprised us as is was so quick. Would highly recommend Dreams Merthyr Tydfil and also Sean.
