The assistant was extremely helpful. I was very indecisive and kept changing my mind dependant on different factors, however she was proactive in challenging why I wanted different features in order to assist me come to a decision, which was much appreciated.

I was really pleased as my bed was being delivered next Friday but when your colleague clicked on to confirm the delivery it was changed to here weeks later

The staff were extremely helpful. Had phoned the store prior to visit and they remembered my call and were helpful in choosing a more suitable bed. Very organised and nicely laid out store.

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We found the products on offer to be of high quality at a really good price. Really pleased with the service and our purchase. Can't wait until our products are delivered. Will be looking forward to going to bed!
