From start to finish we received help and full information on every aspect of choosing our new mattress.

David at your Merthyr Store was very knowledgeable and was excellent going through options with my Wife and myself to make sure we choose the right mattress. Also he was brilliant with my 2 year old son who as you can imagine was very active!!

We needed a new mattress desperately- as soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed by Lee. He was helpful, informative and most importantly not pushy and let us have some thinking time etc without being in our face. He gave us good reasonings to go with our bed mattress option which we cannot wait to have delivered. At check out we then decided to have a TV bed stand too so all in all a happy shopping trip! Thank you.

The customer service was second to none. We were assisted and helped by a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff who got the balance 100% right between advising us and showing us suitable mattresses and giving us space and time to test and discuss our options and preferences. We didnt feel any pressure to buy instead we felt assisted. We came with our 3 children who were so made to feel very welcome and bot seen as a nuisance by being in store.

When I arrived at the store the sales man was very helpful as I had my brother with me who has learning difficulties. I explained what I was looking for and what type of mattress and he explained everything in great detail while analysing how he sleeps on this machine. I choose an adjustable bed for my brother which he recommended as he has sleep apnoea. He also advised me on which mattress suited the bed that was in range with by budget. I was also offered a cup of tea or a cold drink during our visit, and took out insurance for the mattress and frame which was explained thoroughly.
