Richard was very attentive and answered all my queries.We were allowed to try out all the beds and were given excellent advice at each stage.The tea and coffee were an added bonus.A very friendly and helpful guy.

Knowledge of sales staff was excellent. He was very friendly, not felt pressured to make purchases.

Gareth the sales manager was extremely friendly and helpful.He gave us plenty of advice as to the type of mattress I was looking for.He also makes good tea and coffee!!The whole experience was positive and I would certainly return to Dreams in Merthyr Tydfil/

Clare who worked there helped with choosing the right mattress for me taking her time with me even thought i spent at least an hour choosing the right one, she also gave me in depth details on each of the mattresses i was thinking of getting. If it wasn't for Clare i wouldn't be as satisfied with what i have now and would've ended up going back to get another one with the 48 hour rule that she informed me with. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

Very friendly service offered at the store and shown a variety of products at different price range, the one my daughter liked was the more expensive one as it was softer!!! Had no problem and very patient with my 8 year old going around the store and trying out the materesses!!! thank you, a nice experience buying our new bed, which is hopefully going to encourage her to sleep in her own bed!!!

We were made to feel very welcome at the store,unhurried and very knowledgeable and attentive assistant(Richard). We were given tea,allowed to lie on several mattresses before I selected one. I/we were very impressed with Richard's manner and professionalism. The store as a whole was easy to navigate,the colour coding system for the different types of mattresses I found very useful. And Richard particularly,with his ambience,lovely smile and professionalism made it all a pleasurable experience. He is an invaluable asset to Dreams. Well done!
