Friendly knowledgeable staff who weren't overly pushy. Managed to do us a deal too.

Kelvin, our sales assistant was just fabulous, being disabled we needed a specific mattress & he went out of his way to ensure we had the correct mattress & it fulfilled our brief, he gave us plenty of time to try things out, there was no pressure, it was lovely to get such personal, friendly & professional service. I recommend dreams in Merthyr to my parents, who also purchased a mattress of some £1,900, we both had temper matresses, just different comfort levels - with Kelvins help I was confident that I had chosen well & the delivery guys were superb, the mattress arrived today, again, friendly & professional, nothing was too much trouble & we were kept in touch during the delivery period, excellent all round, sweet dreams indeed

The advisor Sean was very friendly without being pushy. He gave us all the information to choose the right bed for us. We didn't know a lot about the difference between the mattress before we went.

Richard was very friendly, and the staff I saw on previous visit were very helpful in helping me choose the exact mattress for my needs. We did the order over two days, first day was a week prior testing out what was right for me and the second was a quick process of placing the order. The staff helped me with the products and were very helpful with my disability needs on both occasions, and not just Richard at point of sale but every one in the store. It really makes a difference and being shown every kind of mattress and available cheaper products to try and save us money, I eventually settled for the new hybrid which was most suitable for me. Was even advised on higher price specialty products I could save money on being a blue badge holder, however they wasn't as 'comfy' and 'supportive' as the one I chose. Was explained about the sleep test gaurentee and cover for the bed, and was also sold additional products at a discount which was very helpful too. Will shop here again for sure! Many thanks

The sales person was extremely helpful and did not make us feel pressured. He gave us advice but also gave us space to discuss products privately which did not make us feel under pressure to choose anything we were unsure about.

Both members of staff were very helpful and had good knowledge of all products.care was taken that we were buying the right product for our needs.we were given plenty of time to make our choice.

I had phoned the day before to check on the product and discussed the mattress options. was promised a cup of tea and plenty of time to try the products if I came to store. On doing this the next day my call was remembered - I dealt with the same assistant, Sean - he gave me the cup of tea - looked up past product purchases for me to help reference the mattress and was v helpful.

The assistant we saw on entering the store informed us of his name and left us to peruse beds etc should we require any assistant to seek him out which was what we like to do when shopping for such important purchases a bed being one of them.
