When we entered the store we weren't set upon immediately. After a little while Sion asked us if we needed help and we then started asking him various questions. He was friendly and most helpful. Offered us refreshments and we had good banter with him. He explained clearly about the diffetence in beds and the offers on same. Sion was very professional in his job but st the same time easy going too. Cannot fault him.

Richard was very helpful and wasn't pushy but gave myself and my wife good information about all the products available to us. We were offered a coffee and felt like valued customers. This doesn't happen in all establishments

Kelvin the sales man is a good communicator, he gives you the product knowledge, selection available recognises your needs and then does not apply any pressure, giving you time and space to make your selection. His attitude is very warm but professional.

Kelvin was very helpful without being pushy.
