Have purchased our last mattress from this store some 9 years ago, it was reassuring to be served by the same assistant who spent a lot of time discussing the differences in both mattress and pillows.

Was able to come into store and see the bed I had previously looked at online and order within 30 minutes. Store assistant was able to give me a number of suitable options to pay for the bed.

We were made to feel welcome. Asked what we were looking for. Happy salesperson left us alone after she gave advice.wasnt pushy at all. Polite and courteous.

Visited the store twice within two days. First visit was for information but we came back the following day to purchase the products we had been advised on. Claire the dreams colleague was very informative and friendly, I felt at ease that I could ask as many questions as I liked and that time wasn't an issue she was able to talk us through many products to find the right product for us. On the second visit Claire remembered us and that sped up the process. Claire was very clear during the ordering process and discussed the options available and made sure I was happy with my choices.
