Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

Dealt with both Sean and the branch Manager. Both were very friendly and helpful. Neither were 'pushy'. Very very happy with the service we received.

We needed a new mattress but we popped by the retail park to pick up toilet rolls! Passing Dreams we called in. The assistant who greeted us was helpful and unassuming, friendly and let us be to make our choice helped us by giving us a while on our own but called across to see if we'd like tea or coffee. Knowledgeable man who could tell us everything about each make and brand so we didn't have to read through the information on offer. Non judgmental and matter of fact he could give us an idea of any finance plan before we made a definite decision which made what we wanted more affordable.

Very good assistance from the members of staff. Been in this store before.

The customer service adviser was helpful but pushy, knowledgable and found us a great deal!

Kelvin (who served me) was friendly, not pushy, well informed and give excellent advice. I was left to browse and wasn't hounded. My daughter had recently purchased a bed and mattress from the store and i absolutely loved the quality and the option to have the bed built. The optional insurance was reasonable and the interest free credit was great too.

Staff were patient and knowledgeable. Ordering of product and delivery options were swift.

Even though only two staff in store to assist they made me feel very welcome and took plenty of time explain g the different beds and pillows we eventually bought. Thanks to Claire and Kevin ... Merthyr score
